Qualifications & Experiences
1. Possess a minimum Diploma in Secretarial/Business Management or closely related fields with two (2) years related working experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide full spectrum of secretary duties such as maintain Director’s appointment/schedule and filters all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
3. Assist the Project Team in preparation of documents, filling, and submission.
4. Coordinate and monitor the project status.
5. Follow up with respective, Project Head of PICs for internal departments or project progress and/or reports to Director from time to time.
6. Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
7. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
2. Good command and excel in English.
3. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
4. Must be prepared to travel.
