這是一個全職永久職位，位於八打靈再也第 51 區的公司辦公室。工作時間為週一至週五上午 9 點至下午 6 點。

**關於工作**
身為忠誠度計畫管理主管，您將管理銀行和金融機構內各種忠誠度計畫的客戶服務。該職位負責支援馬來西亞各銀行機構的忠誠度計劃。
這個職位節奏很快。作為忠誠度計劃管理員，您將在客戶的忠誠度計劃中管理客戶的組合權利和獎勵。
您的角色將透過提供有關透過忠誠度計劃獲得的權利和獎勵的準確信息，及時參與客戶互動。您的重要職責還包括管理、訂購和採購以及向客戶提供獎勵。

**候選人**
我們尋找女性候選人只是為了承擔這個以客戶為中心的角色。理想情況下，她應具備任何學習領域的最低文憑資格，並具有較強的溝通能力、能說流利的英語和國語。那些能說中文/普通話的人將是擔任這一職位的額外優勢。
理想情況下，我們正在尋找具有可靠的忠誠度計劃經驗（最好是在銀行環境中）的候選人。
要考慮擔任此職位，候選人應具有與客戶服務、電話行銷、呼叫中心或類似性質職位相關的工作經驗。
該職位的候選人必須願意在支持性的團隊環境中工作，並且能夠在壓力下快速且準確地工作。
她必須具備電腦知識，能夠使用 MS Office 和互聯網應用程式技能。
