The overall goal of a Channel Partner Development Manager is to build a comprehensive and productive channel partner network that can enable the company to expand its reach, increase market share, and facilitate revenue growth. By working closely with channel partners, the Channel Partner Development Manager can ensure that the company's products and services are effectively promoted, distributed, and sold to customers, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The key responsibilities of a Channel Partner Development Manager include identifying potential partners, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, training, and supporting partners to sell the company's products and services, creating, and implementing joint marketing programs, monitoring partner performance, and providing regular feedback for negotiating agreements and contracts with partners.

This role will be based either in our office in Malaysia, Singapore, or in the Philippines and will be reporting to the Area Sales Director for Commercial Building Services in South Asia.

**Your Responsibilities will not be limited to the following**:

- Collect and analyze data related to channel partner activities, including sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics. Use this information to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improving channel partner performance
- Identify potential partners in target markets and evaluate their suitability as a partner
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize channel partner programs, including incentive programs, training and education, and other support activities. Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to develop and implement enhancements
- Implement the channel partner program, including developing the partner onboarding process, delivering training and education, providing marketing and sales support, and providing incentive programs. This includes working with partners to ensure their compliance with program requirements and maintaining regular communication and engagement
- Cross-Functional/Division Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to align channel partner activities with overall business goals and strategy
- Monitor the performance of channel partners and provide regular reports on their sales activities, pipeline, and results. Use this information to identify opportunities for improvement and to promote revenue growth
- Support Annual Activities such as FWA formulation, Price list recommendation, Target Setting with Market Intelligence and Training program

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program design, channel management, or a related field
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on channel partner programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
