Responsibilities**:Responsibilities**
- A Technology Leader who will be **_accountable_** for delivering and supporting technology solutions through a strong partnership with global, geography and territory teams. This leader will lead Market Technology team in Malaysia for ensuring successful execution of day-to-day business operations, projects in the area of ERP management, WMS, TMS, any new customer business solutions and DC infrastructure readiness.

Core to this role is an ability to effectively inspire and lead local team members. Must effectively manage local technology portfolio, delivering technology that brings global, regional and/or local products, experiences, and services to HAVI Malaysia.

Other key success factor is to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity is critical. Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively as well as foster effective support across organization will be equally important.

**_WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

- **
Leading: Lead a cross functional technology team responsible for supporting various business functions. Instilling trust, fostering effective teamwork, developing others, communicating vision and purpose, valuing differences, and driving clarity and ensuring accountability. Developing technology goals (OKR's), define and publish key performance metrics. Comfortable with ambiguity, change and the ability to provide ongoing thought leadership.

Technology Operations Management: Rigorous operational leader with experience managing Distribution/Warehouse technology operations, function-specific data needs & reporting, function-specific engagement, and budget management. Manage vendor contracts and relationships. Execution of continuous improvement efforts based on data driven insights for all technology domains, processes, services, and experiences.

Functional planning: Support the delivery of key strategic initiatives, functional alignment and planning, and technical asks, as well as ability to translate them to be communicated to different critical audiences.

Mastering Cross-functional Expertise: Broad technical expertise across multiple functional domains allowing you to communicate, influence and build relationships across teams and leadership.

Portfolio Management & Business Operations: Manage local Technology portfolio of investment and operational initiatives. Lead the strategic planning lifecycle for in partnership with local & regional stakeholders. Manage capacity against demand and ensuring effective workforce planning. Financial planning and budget management.

Communications & Stakeholder Management: Ongoing communications with all levels of local and regional/global technology organization including communicating technology vision and purpose, communicating technology priorities in line with business strategies and plans, and technology operational performance.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?_**

You will report into SEA-W Technology Cluster Lead and be part of Asia Market Technology organization. You will also be part of Malaysia Leadership Team (MLT), and drive technology relationship directly with MD Malaysia.

On a day-to-day basis you will also stay engaged with various business stakeholders in Malaysia, ensuring you stay connected and close to the needs of the business and in turn can continually communicate technology priorities, roadmaps, key value drops and critical support incident and problem trends impacting consumer and business facing technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience**:Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree level in computer sciences, Information technology or other relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferrable
- Language skills: English (Read/Write/Spoken), Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
- Certification of PMBOK, PMP or PRINCE2 should also be an advantage but is not essential
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification, an advantage
- Experience in industries of Logistics/Warehouse should be an advantage
- Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget - Project Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to manage to financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity
- Proven ability to build strong teams; recruit top talent and develop colleagues of all levels
