**Responsibilities**:

- Overall in charge of the transport operations to ensure that the customers’ orders are TIMELY and SAFELY delivered to their premise.
- Daily tasks include supervising and allocating driver assignments, ensuring compliance with audits and safety standards, and maintaining all vehicles in top working order.
- Supervise and manage drivers to ensure smooth operation flow. o Monitor the status of deliveries and keep a good track record.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Resolve daily delivery schedule and drivers’ issues.- Monitor and report GPS exceptional violations.
- Report critical vehicle maintenance to the transport maintenance team.
- Monitor and report driver working hours violations and take appropriate action.
- Report and document incident notifications.
- Random PDC/truck inspections.
- Regularly update handover book

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Bahasa Melayu, English is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts and public holidays. 6 working days.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently.
- Able to work under stress and fast changes environment.
- Able to drive forklift and reach truck
- Possess good communication skills and able to handle drivers from various backgrounds.
- Computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft office.
