Geláre is a renowned brand in the Singapore market, known for its delectable ice cream and signature waffles since 1987. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our branding and promotional efforts, crafting innovative campaigns that drive customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will be based in Malaysia but serve the Singapore market. Remote work arrangements will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement overall marketing strategies, ensuring seamless communication and branding across all channels.
  • Manage and oversee monthly marketing activities, guaranteeing alignment with brand standards and financial goals.
  • Create and present comprehensive marketing plans for respective brands, incorporating brand-specific requirements and financial targets.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing promotions and social media engagement on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback platforms to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Foster a strong brand image and boost sales through the development of effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer relationship management, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate image and branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with franchisees, management teams, and restaurant leadership to monitor the effectiveness of marketing plans.
  • Design and develop annual marketing plans for assigned brands, aligning with franchise requirements.
  • Develop specific marketing activities based on established marketing policies, adhering to brand or franchise specifications.
  • Support the implementation of marketing plans at respective brand outlets.
  • Negotiate agreements with media agencies and vendors to secure translations of materials into various formats.
  • Create promotional materials, including marketing collateral and print copies, ensuring adherence to approved specifications.
  • Maintain professional internal and external communications systems, conforming to brand requirements.
