Account Executive

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and handle full set account and profit and loss account as well as balance sheet.
2. Prepare monthly Management report, Cash Flow Forecast, Aging and Financial Analysis Report.
3. Perform monthly reconciliation works:
a) Bank Reconciliation
b) Cash Reconciliation
c) Intercompany Aging Reconciliation
d) Sales and Purchase Reconciliation
4. Liaise with Auditor and Tax Agent on Yearly Account Audit.
5. Produce and organize filing system.
6. Handling budget and control Company expenses.
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting &/or ACCA qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3. Familiar with Accounting MS Great Plain will be an added advantage.
4. Computer Literate with good MS Excel skill.
5. Attentive to detail and meet datelines.
6. Computer literate (UBS System & MS Office) & multilingual.
7. Preferred language (s) : Chinese / English
8. Aged 28 years old and above.
9. Working 5 days a week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Attendance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kota Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
