Contracts and Proposal Assistant

1. Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals, and lead and guide the work of the Bids and Proposals team.
2. Analyse RFQs, RFPs and ITBs to create proposal outlines and development plans.
3. Prepare base cost with the help of finance and HR and update every 6 months/yearly as required.
4. Prepare pre costing and revise contracts that involve technical and commercial matters prior to deadlines.
5. Prepare internal service orders and budgets to ensure a healthy GP margin.
6. Generate quotations for new and existing client whenever there is a request.
7. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
8. Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
9. Ensure that bidding contracts are in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
10. Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
11. Analyse and advise risk factors in tenders and contracts.
12. Prepare and maintain/update curriculum vittae with the help of operations and manpower recruiter.
13. Liaise with Clients for any issues in contracts/ Purchase Orders.
14. To create and maintain detail log of all company registration documentations with help of HR department.
15. To create and maintain all company licenses are renewed prior to expiry (Petronas, TNB, MOF, CIDB) with help of HR and Finance department.
16. To attend tender briefing if there is any requirements.
17. To attend techno-commercial and kick of meeting with clients whenever necessary.
18. To update and maintain insurance policies (comprehensive general insurance, workman compensation, Project liability insurances etc) with the help of HR and finance department like CGL.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
