- Retail Store Manager (Cluster) - Kuala Lumpur _
- As MGP enters into hypergrowth in Malaysia with growing number of retail outlets in Malaysia, we are looking a Retail Store Manager that will oversee multiple store operations and ensure that every store function to its best potential. Working closely with ground outlet staff to identify key gaps in the retail front and liase with the HQ Team in Singapore that oversees the Malaysian operations. _

- **_Retail Operations Management for all outlets _**
- **_Lead, manage and mentor a team of full-time and part-time retail associates _**
- **_Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal _**
- **_Collaborate closely with all other functional team in Singapore to ensure high ROI for each store _**

**_Retail Performance & Operations
- **
- **_Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention _**
- **_Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience _**
- **_Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance _**
- **_Constantly motivate and enable team to provide a top notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring _**
- **_Develop, improve and optimize retail processes to improve productivity and store operations _**
- **_Oversee the receiving of new stock, controls returns/damages/transfer and the opening and closing of cashiers _**
- **_Oversee store inventory levels and ensure highest level of inventory accuracy _**
- **_Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures _**
- **_Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards _**
- **_Maintain optimal display of merchandise on floor and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store _**
- **_Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget

**_Qualifications & Experience _**
- **_Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion _**
- **_Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better _**

**_- Experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house _**
- **_Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team _**
- **_Numerate and tech-savvy; has experience working with modern POS systems _**
