HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain efficient HR processes and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Mediate conflicts and disputes among employees, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions while upholding company policies and values.
- Handle disciplinary actions as necessary, following company protocols and legal requirements while promoting a positive work culture.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings, as well as professional development sessions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage payroll processing and time attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes, leveraging technology to improve workflow efficiency and data management.
- Actively participate in day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Develop and implement employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to optimize workflow efficiency and support the company's overall objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 8 years (preferred)
- HR Operation: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
