
Sales Executive

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the confectionery segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sales volume and profitability.
**Key Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with key account (Distributer, Mini market, Wholesaler)
**Market Analysis and Insights**:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the confectionery market.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis and sales data.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including trade marketing and demand planning to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising strategies tailored to the confectionery segment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
