As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. - Work closely with local cross-functional and Regional teams for budget planning and submission
- Work with various stakeholders to align metrics definitions, targets and business views
- Prepare business performance updates and present regularly to Senior Management team
- Run scenario planning and forward forecast, build short, mid and long term plan baseline for the business
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement, cost savings and investments to further grow the business

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in financial planning and analysis role
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is mandatory
- Strong critical thinking, numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present data in a structured manner
- Strong organization and time management skills, can work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize task to meet tight deadlines
