Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ENERGY WORKFORCE SDN BHD Full time

1) To proactively establish and maintain relationship with Clients in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
2) Attends meeting and handles all discussion with a positive approach with Clients, leading to successful closure of project or any contractual disputes, if any.
3) To travel whenever required or as requested by Client.
4) To handle and create opportunities for vendor registration with Client and Company.
5) To discuss, negotiate and finalize technical, contractual and commercial aspects with Clients.
6) To meet or exceed sales target set by company.
7) To possess technical understanding of EWF’s services and project scope of work and be able to handle all enquiries professionally.
8) To populate market intelligence in Southeast Asia as well as providing the right info to frontline on project and client details
9) To liaise with relevant Departments within the organization efficiently prior award or upon award of project.
10) To ensure project forecast is completed by all frontline and to send it over to relevant department.
11) To ensure project report is completed by all frontline before weekly meeting.
12) To make connection with new clients on a daily basis including cold calling, and update into CRM
13) To provide prospective partners, agents or associates list in the expansion of EWF worldwide
14) To populate international projects outside of SEA in the market intel
15) To set KPI for support and frontline performance
16) To conduct BD weekly meeting
17) To fill up all client meetings and result upon meeting in CRM
18) To ensure BD Project report is completed for management review.
19) To cross check market intelligence reliability on a weekly basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Min bachelor's degree in engineering
2. Min 1-3 years' experience in sales/business development /marketing
3. Excellent verbal and written skills in both Bahasa and English

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
