Job brief ; To support the sales team.

**Roles & Responsibility;**

1. Responsible to raise quotations for potential customer.

2. Handling and coordinate inter-department request for quotations compilation.

3. Handling tender requirements or Request for Quotation (RFQ).

4. Follow-up on price quotes from Solutions Department.

5. Answering customer telephone queries & handling complaint.

6. Responsible to maintain client records (SOF, PO & Client Requisition).

7. Responsible to maintain Sales & Marketing records & reports

8. Responsible to communicate with Finance Department on incoming & completed orders.

9. Support any other tasks that are given by the immediate superior.

**Requirements**:
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience in the similar field.

3. Good interpersonal & communication skill

4. Computer literate - conversant in the use of MS Office (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power point).

5. Good Bahasa Malaysia and English language skill is mandatory.

6. Able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
