Service Sales Support

To receive and **review service requests **from the sales team for the accuracy and completeness.
- To process service requests by **cross-referencing customer service agreements** and **purchase orders** to ensure compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- To serve as a primary point of contact between the sales team and service team
- To input orders into the system and ensure that orders are processed in the line with customers’ delivery requirement.
- To **generate a quotation** requested by the customer and Sales Department To ensure the accuracy and timely **processing of orders**:

- To coordinate with the Technical Support Department and Sales Department on customer orders, deliveries, and requirements. Service requests and other related matters
- To maintain good relationship with channel and feedback market information to management
- To assist in the **preparation of sales related documents** (e.g. Service Reports)
- To attend to customers’ service requests, **inquiries and complaints **accordance with company service standard
- To perform other ad-hoc task as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
