About the Role

As part of our distribution support team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. From encouraging meaningful connections with customers, partners, and other partners to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have an important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Determine and administer agency compensation plans and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of compensation programmes.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to drive strategic decision making.
- Develop and maintain documentation and databases related to compensation and administration.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and administration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
