**Working Arrangement**

**The opportunity**
This position is accountable for accurate and timely compensation payment and reporting and analysis of agency data, outlined as below:
**Responsibilities**
- To validate, process and ensure financing scheme/ initiatives/ agency compensation payments to Agency Force, Agency Leader Corporation (ALC) and Partnership.
- To tabulate and compile compensation output and ensure payments are paid correctly and in accordance to schedule.
- To prepare progress monitoring report for financing scheme to the Management. Leverage on Power BI to automate the reporting as well as further analytics required.
- To process and demand outstanding amount due to Financing Scheme in accordance with established procedure. Monitor recovery effectiveness and prepare quarterly monitoring dashboard.
- Liaise with service provider and independent ALC on system relation issue. Maintain and update various records in PICS System and other programs.
- Communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders and departments to drive Department initiatives.
- Perform testing on CORE system enhancement and develop new reports or analytics for the success of Agency Distribution.
- Any other ac-hoc project assign from time to time.

**What we are looking for**
- The position needs someone meticulous and good in analytical skills with strong sense in numbers.
- Good in Excel, knowledge in Power BI.
- Can work under pressure and complete task in very short timeframe.
- Degree holder or Diploma with 3 years working experience in related field.
