Sales Manager

Build strong Travel Agent clientele base and maintain strong relationship with major Travel and classified prospects especially within Klang valley.
- Generate and maintain customers of the travel trade segment through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment and etc.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets (revenue) by selling all hotel's room, Food & beverage and banquet facilities and services.
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate travel trade contracts with operators or agents for transient and group business in connection with respective Hotels in the Group.
- Arrange site inspection of hotels and host familiarization trips for tour operators.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years experiences in sales position especially in the hotel **travel segment**.
- Good communication skills, **Those who can speak Chinese will have an advantage**.
- Posses Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales dealings.
- Experience in customer relation management.
- Polished personal presentation with warm and hospitable personality.
- Must have own transportation.
- Understanding Hotel Operations.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
