Account Payroll Officer

Effectively handle payroll processing for employees on a regular basis, guaranteeing punctual and accurate disbursements.
- Precisely compute salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage payroll records and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of alterations in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ensure payroll procedures comply with statutory requirements and internal controls.
- Support audits by providing essential documentation and assistance.
**Expense Reimbursement**
- Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements following company protocols.
- Verify claims for precision, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Timely process claims and ensure prompt reimbursement to employees.
- **Reporting**_
- Generate reports on payroll expenditures.
- Prepare reports for senior management, the finance department, etc.
**Payroll Accounting**
- Collaborate with the accounting department to guarantee accurate recording of payroll transactions in the general ledger.
