HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews;
- Support in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions;
- Maintain employee records;
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and preparing payroll data;
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Support the employee performance management;
- Support in other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and office administration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
- Able to start immediately will be advantage.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
