**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Wealth Support Request ticketing system and all related requests from completing super and insurance summaries as per the company’s requirements.
- Liaise with clients to organize third party authorities and payment dishonors.
- Utilize and be proficient in the company’s preferred CRM systems; HubSpot and XPLAN.
- Assist supporting team members with ancillary tasks such as preparing paperwork for Statement of Advice packs.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in financial related areas, i.e., Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting.
- Good English Language skills (written and verbal).
- An understanding of the Financial Planning processes would be an added advantage, such as; Superannuation, Investments, Gearing, Retirement income, Tax minimization strategies, debt reduction strategies and Personal & Key Man Insurance.
- Driven, proactive and able to work independently.
