我們正在尋找【**外匯產品經理**】駐地馬來西亞吉隆坡。

**主要責任**
- 參與外匯市場研究，辨識市場趨勢，對標競爭對手，負責產業產品矩陣的規劃與迭代。
- 負責外匯、支付、收款、流動性管理產品的需求分析、可行性分析、設計，並準備產品需求文件（PRD）。
- 與技術團隊和專案經理合作，跟進需求實施，追蹤產品開發進度直至產品上線和運營，並對進度和品質負責。
- 負責日常業務數據分析以及根據業務發展和使用情況對產品進行改進和優化。

**資格**
- 本科及以上學歷，具有至少3年工作經驗（最好從事大型國際銀行外匯、支付、託收、流動性管理系統產品管理或大型銀行外匯、支付、託收、流動性管理系統供應商）。
- 熟悉產品設計和實作流程，包括市場分析、需求分析、產品功能設計、業務流程設計、介面設計、使用者研究、可用性測試。
- 具備強大的邏輯思考能力與溝通協調能力，精通跨職能、跨地域的溝通，具有全球視野的產品對資料的敏感度。
- 良好的團隊合作意識和較強的抗壓性。責任心強，有高度的主人翁意識。
- 熟悉全球外匯、支付、收款、流動性管理相關業務。
- 優先了解業務或系統架構功能和基礎知識。
- 精通英語口語和書面溝通，以及跨地區、跨文化的溝通經驗。
