Customer Service Assistant/executive

**Main Duties**:
1. Manage company social media platform via Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram: Messenger, Comment, & Review)

2. Information center for customer regarding company products, promotions & services

3. Manage company google review via Google Business platform

4. Able to work shift system

5. Manage company hotline when customer call in for enquiries

6. Manage company WhatsApp account

7. Manage and resolve complaints from customer

8. Promote and deal with customer for appointment set up

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma in health-related field

2. Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be added advantage

3. Customer care and service minded

4. Age between 18-30 years Only

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Computer literate

7. Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Hiring Location : Summerton / Relau / Tanjung

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
