Operations Assistant

**Pubrio** is APAC sales acquisition partner, helps businesses determine who needs their services by using AI to analyse website traffic, so they can talk to potential customers who are ready to buy. With teams spread across 9 industries, integrating seamlessly into your sales and marketing processes and setting up appointments with only ready-to-buy-leads.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in executing various campaigns and initiatives
- Support lead generation efforts by conducting market research, identifying potential prospects, and maintaining the lead database
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales and marketing teams
- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, preparing reports, and providing insights to the team
- Help prepare sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral

**Qualifications**
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles and tactics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data and generate insights
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role is preferred but not a must
- Good in both written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of working experience

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
