As a Customer Operations Specialist at Oaky, you will be a key player in our customer success and support teams, ensuring that every detail is in its right place and things that need to get done, are done in a timely manner, with the best quality possible. This role demands a high level of precision and a structured approach to managing a variety of tasks. From system migrations to data management, you are the glue that holds our teams together, facilitating smoother processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- **System and Data Management**:

- Lead the system migration process for customers, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Perform meticulous data entry and cleaning tasks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer information.
- ** Operational Support**:

- Provide robust support to the onboarding and customer success teams, ensuring operational excellence when needed.
- Assist our Revenue Operations Manager in maintaining Salesforce hygiene, contributing to efficient customer management and reporting.
- ** Project Management**:

- Oversee and prioritize various projects, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals to support team effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvements, suggesting changes that enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Support the customer support team by providing additional resources and assistance during peak times or for special projects.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure the customer lifecycle is supported from all angles.

**What you bring to Oaky**:

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude, driven to learn and grow within an operational role.
- Experience in data entry or database management is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, for example Salesforce, is a plus.

**Bonus points if**:

- You have worked with tools like Intercom & Google Suite and are interested/knowledgeable in SaaS.
- Project management-type experience in a SaaS/Tech company or hotels.
