Customer Services Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs as well recommend possible products to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Refer issues and questions to team members if necessary.
- Daily posting on social media - WhatsApp status & Instagram story.
- Google review and take a patient photo.
- Update statistics (Stats) inquiry form every day.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Prepare a PPT slides of patient information for doctor’s module.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Requirement**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Good time management and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Proficient in using basic Microsoft office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
