Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs as well recommend possible products to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Refer issues and questions to team members if necessary.
  • Daily posting on social media
  • WhatsApp status & Instagram story.
  • Google review and take a patient photo.
  • Update statistics (Stats) inquiry form every day.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Prepare a PPT slides of patient information for doctor's module.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirement:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Good time management and organizing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Proficient in using basic Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
