- Collaborate with various teams such as sales, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project installations.
- Allocate resources efficiently including manpower and materials. This is to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during awning installation project.
- Monitor project budgets ensuring that expenditures align with the allocated resources and financial constraints.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of highquality awning products and services to customers.
- Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges and deviations from the project plan.
- Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement in awning project management.
- Keep detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and audit purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
