As the Business Development Manager, you will improve current assets, have an eye for business opportunities and help to grow the Company revenue and profit. In short, you just love to make money for the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and lead business development initiatives to foster growth and expansion for the company.
- Develop and expand the Company’s current products and scale it higher.
- Develop strategic business plans.
- Have a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Identify and approach prospective clients for sales opportunities in relevant industries.
- Deliver and/or participate sales presentations / trade road show / workshops to promote / introduce products / services.
- Meeting new customers and handling the complete sales cycle from outreach, meeting, presentation, follow-ups to closing deals.
- Responding to client inquiries with proposed solutions and pricing.
- Generate new markets where possible.
- Collaborate and work with Sales & Advertising Department to achieve overall business targets of the Group.
- Constantly develop extensive knowledge of current market conditions, researching new trends and stay up to date with the competitor’s activities.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years working experience as a Business Development Manager
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills.
- Creative and supplemented with good online research skills and habits and the ability to modify and adapt and grow existing ideas.
- Able to work under pressure because you will need to meet the MD and Company’s high expectations.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
