**What you will do**

Responsible for the development, sales, management, and profitability of the company.
- Achieve yearly growth and sales targets.
- To perform on-going business review and business analytics with objectives to identify business opportunities which can expand the overall business.
- Managing a business pipeline through on-going analysis, close monitoring, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing and address end-to-end sales and customer journey including completing negotiations and sales process with signing of contract.
- Provide constructive feedback from customers, partners, and prospects to the product and technical teams to improve product offerings.

**What you will need**
- Basic degree in any discipline or insurance qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing in the Insurance industry.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, identifying client needs and business negotiation.
- Capacity to analyze and capture key information in precise and concise manner.
- Good communication, and team coordination skills.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and team spirit.
