Policy Administrator

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Our partner, an Australian insurance investment and distribution group with a diverse portfolio of businesses and a national footprint headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, is expanding its team and looking for a Policy Administrator
As a Policy Administrator, you'll provide administration support to our sales and service operation, focusing on progressing quotes from the client's online channel.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Entering customers and account data from source documents within time limits
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Process and assist with customer inquiries via our online channels
- Transfer data into our policy system to generate quotes
- Contribute to a culture of compliance but meeting data handling requirements.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- At least 1-3 years of administration/data entry experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in working for Australian support is a plus
- Experience working within Insurance or professional services is highly regarded but not required.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
