**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Respond to service requests, incidents, manage the Helpdesk ticketing system with follow-up of status to stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on software usage and best practices.
- Liaise with software vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
- Working on Active Directory Server and its connectivity to all computers/laptops & user creation/deletion, GPO management.
- Maintaining records writing reports.
- Monitor and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software.
- Involve in any related equipment installation, move, additions, changes and system enhancements.
- Monitor and maintains physical server, virtual server and Cloud server.
- Under take any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information System Major.
- Minimum 6 months in related field work experience.
- Able to perform trouble shooting of hardware and software problems.
- Good IT Security and troubleshooting skills
- Trustworthy, hardworking, committed to the task assigned.
- The ability to work flexibly under pressure, be self-motivating and prioritize unscheduled as well as scheduled work.
- A person who is meticuluos, detailed-oriented and result driven.
- Able to work at odd hours and standby for on call after working hours.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
