- Key account for assigned customers
- Manage customers' account
- Provide reliable information to customers
- Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD) as per customer contracted TAT
- In case of emergency to escalate important issue to management
- Maintaining and sending customer visit report on timely manner
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Knowledge in set management including scrap replacement and gap management
- Responsible for sending weekly report and inspection report to customer
- Assisting in logistic and forwarding issue on engineering parts
- Prepare management reports
- Identify opportunities to improve processing, monitoring and controlling efficiency
- Support in developing and maintaining customer service procedures
- Back up the Section Manager - Customer Support in his/her absence
- Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, Company rules and regulations at all times
- Any other tasks as assigned *Qualifications & Experiences Needed*
- Minimum Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the administration field
- Customer orientation, dynamic, self-motivation and planning skills
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Systematic and organized and a good team player
- Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:
