Handling clients, regular follow-ups of the clients.
- Maintaining healthy relations with the clients.
- Have to attend and handle client meeting.
- Evaluate our client's customer needs and propose potential solutions.
- Managing client along with reporting director / manager including receiving work orders
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Plan and execute the actions including gifting allocation for client

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum have a Diploma / Degree or higher in Business, Management, Administration, Marketing or other Secretary or equivalent
- Good Communication skill and writing ability in English, Chinese and Malay is higher priority
- Good interpersonal and presentable.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per year
