**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Care support in operation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes for customers. This position involves monitoring deliveries, coordinating with transporters and warehouses, updating sales orders, and assisting in production and inventory planning. Additionally, you will support the sales team and collaborate with finance and Shared Services Center (SSC) for credit management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Delivery and Coordinate Logistics:

- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Liaise with transporters to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse to ensure proper handling and dispatch of orders.
- Sales Order Management: Update and maintain sales orders to reflect accurate delivery information and status.
- Ensure sales orders align with inventory availability and production schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sales orders.
- Production and Inventory Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to manage stock and replenishment.
- Customer Service and Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by generating reports, preparing presentations, and assisting in sales-related activities.
- Credit Management and Documentation: Collaborate with finance and SSC to follow up on credit block issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to credit, invoices, and payments.
- To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer sales support, logistics coordination, or a related role is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to logistics, sales orders, and inventory management.
- Team Collaboration: Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting a cohesive work environment.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for sales order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
