Customer Service Executive, Shipping

**A. JOB SUMMARY**
The Customer Service Executive will be handling customer booking processes with space approval from Principle, Good knowledge in handling shipping documentation such a booking arrangement, Bill of Loading, receipts, certificates and etc
**B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process new and revised booking confirmations to customer
- Involve in daily shipment and problem solving and follow up
- Monitor shipment and any other related record has been maintained and update accordingly
- Prepare invoice for local charges and follow up on payment received for B/L release
- Follow up on SI with shipper for B/L preparation and submitted
- Submit pre alert to appointed agent before shipment date and submit all required documents to agent before cargo reach destination
- To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor
**D. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma / Degree holder in related disciplines.
- 1-2 years working experience preferably in Customer Service.
- Good Communications skills, written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Pro-activeness in job responsibilities.
- Thorough hands-on involvement in key projects and departmental tasks / activities.
- Focus on Cust
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
