**Objective / Purpose of the Job**

The Customer Service Executive is responsible to assist on **daily export job arrangement,** ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and international logistics, documentation processes and procedure, transport, customs, or trade department/function will be an added advantage.
- Able to response on customer’s enquiries, complains and ensure their request are attended.
- Able to perform booking with carrier for confirmed shipment.
- **Able to submit SI and prepare HBL** and other shipping documents
- To follow up and ensure all containers are being hauled on time to meet customer timeline
- All other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role in freight forwarding/logistics
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:

- Use of PC equipment and software, especially MS Excel and Word
- Professional communication capability
- Strong follow up and coordinating skills
- Customer relationship management
- Problem solving skills

**Working location**:
Lot 8, Jalan Sungai Kayu Ara 32/38, Section 32 Berjaya Industrial Park, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
