**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or at least a Diploma with relevant working experience
- Willing to work on a 24/7 Shift
- Familiar with telephonic decorum of customer care etiquette
- Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Possess own transportation
- Able to start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
