Customer Service Agent

Provide first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
- Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree/SPM Holder with at least 1 year and above of contact center experiences **preferably from Telecommunication background.**:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift).
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Has own transport to travel to work
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
