**Freight Mark Global Services Sdn.Bhd **was incorporated in 2009 as a freight forwarder and customs broker. Over the years, we have acquired the capability and experience to provide support to domestic and international logistics needs via road, rail, air, and sea transport. We are looking for talents which is executive and team leader that have experience in freight forwarder or custom brokers.
**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
- Manage export and import operations, including documentation, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process, working under pressure to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing international trade and transportation.
**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service role in freight forwarding/logistics
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
**Technical Skills and Competencies**:
- Use of PC equipment and software, especially MS Excel and Word
- Professional communication capability
- Strong follow up and coordinating skills
- Customer relationship management
- Problem solving skills
**Working location**:

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
