**Position: Customer Focus Executive**
**Industry: Manufacturing**
**Location: Klang, Selangor**
**Salary: RM7000-RM10,000**
**Responsibilities**:
- CFE Managers projects by customers account bases covering global manufacturing sites to achieve customer-related business performance, such as product quality goals, shipment fulfilment targets and to manage customer communication to ensure the customer satisfaction.
- CFE is a manufacturing quality communication contact window to customers for manufacturing quality related issues and acts as a representative of the customer to monitor product quality and meet customer’ expectation.
- Coach and mentor members to deliver excellence service/work to internal and external customers.
- Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to the team.
- Assigned daily/weekly/monthly tasks to team members and supervise the completion of each task.
- To respond to customers' complaints and lead the team in problem solving and do quality improvement plans.
- Generate quality reports required by customers and follow up closely until issue closure.
- Executing ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior or Manager.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Required Education Level: Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Statistic or Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic/)
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Required Working Experience: at least 10 years of related working experience (Operation/IE)
- Experience on leading a team with at least 10 members.
- Ability to have a high level of problem awareness, while taking on challenges proactively
following own beliefs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with (ODM/CM Operation, SMT Production, Testing, Statistical Method.
- Capability of 8D and SCAR reviewing and quality tools.
- Experience in RBA and CSR Audits is preferred.
- Qualification of 6 Sigma GB / BB is preferred.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
