Customer Retention Specialist

Responsible for negotiating customer options and retaining current subscribers from disconnecting their services.
- Taking ownership of customers' concerns while ensuring prompt and proper follow-ups.
- Confidently educating customers on competitive pricing and assisting the customer in comparing competitive services.
- Strong attention to detail, and a goal-oriented commitment to excellent customer service.
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on program benefits, promotions, and any updates related to the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute loyalty initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of loyalty strategies
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or SPM holder
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is result-driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
