**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma **in any related field
- At least **2 years of experience** in an administration or equivalent
- Excellent time management and prioritization skill, ability to work well in a pressured, deadline, focused, committed team environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Process non-PO invoices for travel, admin/facilities, and other related expenses in a timely manner
- Manage and process travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process requests for business cards and name stamps, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

**Salary Packages**:

- Basic RM3,500 - RM4,000
- EPF & SOCSO Deduction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
