Sales Leader

**Job Task**:
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration for beauty and health products.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use data and insights to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
- Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide input on product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention initiatives to build long-term relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and proactively seek feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Uphold the integrity and reputation of the company in all interactions with customers and partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
