Quintus Search is partnering with a leading provider of waterproofing solutions for commercial and residential customers. Their mission is to deliver sustainable solutions for every waterproofing need using the latest technologies and materials that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role involves overseeing the waterproofing business, developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, monitor and analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline sales operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction, creating a cohesive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the waterproofing industry.
  3. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
