Business Growth Leader

MVC Resources is looking for a talented Business Growth Leader - Products to spearhead product-related initiatives and drive business expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Product Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive product strategies to meet market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional product managers, engineering, operations, and procurement teams to drive product development initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Product Launch & Commercialization: Lead the introduction of new products, updates, and extensions, ensuring sales, profitability, and quality goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Control, Industrial Automation, Process Engineering, HVAC, Business Management, or MBA.
- 5+ years in product management, technical support, sales, engineering, industrial digitalization, or aftermarket services.
- Proven track record in industrial companies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product strategies and business growth plans.
- Proficiency in Malay and English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.
