**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Involve in acquisition, installation, implementation, and integration of software tools to increase the efficiency and productivity of the department.
- To handle and coordinate user new requirements on additional features or functions with the vendor and assist user to perform UAT upon rolling out.
- Develop and maintain system documentation support procedure guides, technical manuals & guides, and training materials. Developed corporate documentation standards.
- Develop an ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly Management Reports and SQL for other department and district.
- Logging and keeping records of user queries/issues/problems.
- Develop inhouse system change request enhancement upon request.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
