Technical Clerk/officer

Record, place and track APQP documents, project files for NPI developments
- Preparation of Documents such as Molding parameter sheet, Inspection plan, Work instruction etc.
- Several Data collection such as Mold testing time tracking and other KPI raw data key in to the system
- Requalification documentation
- Tracking of material certificates
- Expiry.
- Receiving Quote from External testing lab, get internal approval, arrange samples for external testing and follow up deadlines
- Perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork.
- Provide assistance with basic tasks where requested and perform other related support duties such as shipping, inspecting, entering orders, inventory counts, etc
- Compile and maintain records for the team.
- Prepare, issue, and send out packaging slips, mail, invoices, bills, receipts, etc related to business activities.
- Prepare and submit shipment documents to logistics department.
- May prepare and submit purchase Request for standard purchase.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
