Mandarin Speaking Custom Clearence Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
To prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including import/export declarations, permits, and licenses.
To calculate and process duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international shipments.
To communicate with customs authorities and other government agencies to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals.
To coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
To stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
To provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to customs clearance.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in customs clearance, customs brokerage, or related field strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages Proficiency Requirements: Mandarin, English, Malay
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
