Managing incoming calls courteously and assist in appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patients' inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist TCM physicians in treatment handling and herbs dispensing
- Assist with various admistrative tasks such as system key in, filing and record maintaining.
- Keep the reception area, lobby and treatment rooms tidy and presentable.
- Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal stock level
- Offer suitable treatment package recommendation to patients

- 协助中医师处理治疗和配药。
- 协助进行各种行政工作，如系统输入、文件归档和记录维护。

- 向患者推荐适合的治疗方案。
